Disappointing production standard
The majority of the frame was very good. However the fixing holes were very poorly machined and I had great difficulty in getting the fixings to line up. Trying to contact Argos customer support was one of the most infuriating experiences as well.

solid well designed bed stylish
Make sure you follow the instructions to assemble (drawings not too clear) but eventually a solid well designed bed. Can take up to 10KG and the mattress just fits snugly in the frame. Highly recommend the Radius series

Bordering on fraudulent
This so-called Radius bed had no radiuses! Square edged. Bordering on fraudulent. Veneer edge also loose. Design-wise very disappointing. Okay value at discounted price.

Looks good, not sure about the long term quality of the frame. Assembly is very fiddly and some the slats are delaminating already. The frame was damaged in transit and the wood doesn't look like oak. At full price this is a vastly overpriced, even at the discounted price it's still not great value.

You do need 2 people to assemble these beds, but the quality is excellent.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Radius Single Wooden Bed Frame - Oak:
This bed comes in 2 packs. Pack 1/2 is 22kg, pack 2/2 is 12kg. The net weight is about 28kg.

The measurement from slat to bottom bar is 309.5mm
