Different to picture advertised
Bought this light shade to fit on a floor lamp, and the quality was good . However the colour and texture was different to the pictures so had to return.

Good quality lamp and shade at a reasonable price compared to what else is available. Wood is heavy and solid and the lamp shade large and made of quality material. Switch and chord is long enough for most uses. Not a criticism but note the wood colour is dark. More mahogany than oak. Easy to install. Does not come with bulb.

No, it's not made of pure linen. It's fabric though. The reference to linen is more to do with the appearance and colour of the product.

Hi, yes, having studied the lamp base I am sure that the 49cm drum shade would fit ; it would just be turned upside down from positioning it on a pendant light fitting.
I have two and very pleased with them.
