Bright but not energy efficient
The bulbs work well enough but if your trying to be environmentally friendly, then quite frankly I would skip this one ,as they're not. I'm afraid I do not remember energy efficiency rating but I know I was shocked as it's quite a small bulb.

"Yes they work under 220~240v". They've been unable to confirm if this is "GDX" though.

“ This product can’t work at 300℃, only at 100. You'll have to choose a halogen G9 bulb instead of an LED G9 bulb.”
