The pergola is manufactured from Pressure Treated timber, which comes with a 15-year guarantee against rot and fungal decay. The structure has also been smooth-planed to give it a splinter-free finish. The posts of the pergola can be sunk into the ground to keep it secure. Delivered flat packed with all fixtures needed, and easy-to-follow instructions.
Note : Unavailable in Northern Ireland , Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles inc. Shetland and Orkney.

Excellent quality
Very happy with quality and price however it's important to be aware the metal feet to attach to patio tiles does not come with the pergola had to purchase separately and the company that makes the pergola don't sell them

absolutely love it
really good quality and fast delivery. its already withstood 50mph winds as it is concreted under the turf and looks beautiful in my garden. i would recommend at least two people (who know what their doing) to put it up safely. The instructions for spacing the top bits of wood made no sense to any of us and had to do the spacing differently to the instructions as the recommended spacing left it uneven. other than that, no complaints.

bought few weeks back. wasnt so pleased when i seen 2 corner braces were cracked. rang them before assemble they exchanged with no problem. it took about 4 5 hours. i am a novice that hasnt done a pergola before. it said its a 2 man job but it wasnt when you have ladders. over all very happy with purchase

Waste of money
Poor quality wood, I have been trying to get in touch heights forest garden customer support for weeks with no reply, waste of money even with the 20% discount.

Great value quality pergola
Good quality timber used and easy to put together. Looks great in the garden and have now built a 2.4 x 2.4 wooden decking underneath it which work well. It looks quite a bit taller than in the pics.

The distance between the legs is 1650mm although this can be adjusted slightly as it is the uprights that have the slot not the rafter.

It depends how you position the legs. The usual positioning between the legs is 165cms although, this can be adjusted slightly as it is the uprights that have the slots. The posts measure 9.5cms each, overall size W240cm x D240cms, so based on these measurement the rafters would protrude around 28cms.

Our supplier has confirmed that the Forest Garden Ultima 2.4m x 2.4m Pergola is not weight tested as it is not made for supporting any weight. This is not suitable for hanging chairs.
