Firm and comfortable
Very happy with this mattress so far. It's firm so it's very good for for not waking up with a bad back. It's very comfortable. I hope it lasts. It's not cheap but cheap ones don't last.

disappointed customers
We chose the Silentnight 2800, aiming for a good quality product. To start with we find the mattress delivers this. It is much harder though than what we what we have hoped for. It has softened up slightly after 2-3 weeks of regular use and we find it reasonably comfortable. Our main concern about our new Silent night 2800 natural has started to sink in, forming a 'nest' where we sleep?! This is rather visible within less than 1 month of usage and we are seriously wondering how far this would go and how concerned we should be? We did not have any of these issues with our old mattress after a decade of use! We will flip over the mattress and reassess the case for now.

Great value and Quality
Have had the pleasure of sleeping on this mattress for a few months now and it is becoming more comfortable than ever. We love the fact you can turn it over for extended use. We also like that you don’t get discolouration as with non turntable mattresses with built in toppers

Not what i was expecting
This mattress in no way did not meet my expectations. In the quest to get an ok mattress I had up my budget thinking that will help. I was disappointed with this mattress. Perhaps is too soft, but most unimpressive is the way way it collapse at the edges and the springs pook out. I don't think is good enough to spend that much for a mattress and having it behave like a value product.
