Mattress is comfy so far. It came rolled up in a vacuum pack. The fabric doesn't seem able to cope with the weight of the mattress - at least one of the handles ripped as we were getting it on the bed and the bottom layer tore as we were unwrapping it. It's very heavy.

Lovely, lovey mattress!
We bought this when it was on offer, and it was a great offer. I’m not one for buying this type of item without trying it out first. So it was a risk. However, it’s one that paid off. It’s an amazingly comfy mattress. I usually like it firm, this is slightly soft on the edges but a nice, firm middle…a bit like me!

Our supplier has advised that the Jay-Be Truecore Hybrid 2000 Pocket Mattress - King is a standard width kingsize mattress. If the bedframe is 10cm wider then there may be a gap depending on the width of where the mattress will actually sit.

This would only allow you to have an exchange on a like for like basis and the mattress does need to have been protected using a mattress protector. The Jay-Be 2000 Hybrid E-Pocket Eco Truecore Mattress – King is made up of 8 levels. The top levels are made from a multi quilted knitted fabric and an e-Fibre made for comfort and a breathable e-Fibre support layer. There is also a 3D spacer for enhanced breathability. These layers along with others are designed for comfort, airflow and allows for reducing heat and moisture build up.
