Its a double duvet. I put it in my double duvet cover which lives on my bed. It keeps me nice and warm, but not too hot. Very light in weight. 5* for design as this double duvet fits perfectly into my double duvet cover. 5 year guarantee.

Thanks for your query about the Silentnight Soft Like Down 10.5 Tog Duvet - Double.
We don't sell this in a small double version so it'd be down to preference and your own requirements. Going for a double sized one, would allow the duvet to drape more over the edges and we cannot promise that a single would give as much coverage as that. The single duvet is 200cm x 135cm so all it'd do is to exactly cover the top of the bed.

A 4 foot 6 inch bed is a standard double bed so the Silentnight Soft Like Down 10.5 Tog Duvet - Double will be the most appropriate.

The Silentnight Soft Like Down 10.5 Tog Duvet is 200x200cm (78 inches x 78 inches approx) a standard double duvet size.

I bought a 7.5 tog in this for winter(dont feel the cold much) and it was no good i was freezing. I bought another 7.5 tog in another range(not silentnight) and it was fine. If you feel the cold avoid this unless you get a higher tog. So no its not warm enough personally.

Typically a 10.5tog is for all year round when the house is kept at a constant heat, if you require a warmer duvet for those cold nights you would probably need a 13.5tog. However this is all subjective I'm afraid and will depend on your preferences.
