The Silentnight 5cm Memory Foam Topper is designed to be used with standard double mattresses so may be too large for a small double. The topper will go over the sides of a small double mattress.

It does not have straps despite what the other answer says. Ive just taken one back to store due to the pictures and the answer given to this question. As the one I purchased did not have straps. I then contacted silent night direct and they have confirmed that it does not have them!
