Not the best!!!
Had this mattress a couple of weeks and it’s not very comfortable at all. I expected better quality for Silentnight so very let down. Springs are very easy to feel even with the so called topper it includes. We’ve had to purchase another mattress topper which has helped but with the amount we’ve spent and the name of the brand we shouldn’t have had to. Avoid…

Best night sleep & no more backache
Read all the reviews first due to having damaged discs in my back. I have to say I’m glad I went with my gut instinct as I have the best nights sleep now and the biggest bonus is I don’t wake up with back pain and stiffness. I oils highly recommended but if you don’t like a firm mattress then don’t buy I personally prefer a firm bed

Good mattress, on the firmer side of firm
Having had a Sealy firm mattress for 6 years and needing a replacement, this looked good and on a good offer. It is a bit firmer than our old one, however the slight pains and discomfort we were experiencing with the old mattress are going, so although it's not a mattress I feel is luxurious in comfort, it has provided a good sleep which is great. Delivery drivers were a bit odd is the only thing to mention, they wouldn't leave without a code in an email that hadn't come through and were adamant it had to go into a bedroom even though we wanted it left in a hall, bit bizarre.

Excellent service.
I bought this mattress for my son and his partner for Christmas. They were kept informed about delivery date/delivery time etc. The delivery van unfortunately broke down but they were kept informed about the delay. The delivery came in the same day as planned, but a few hours late. Just one of those unavoidable things that happen. Delivery team very pleasant and efficient and took mattress upstairs to the bedroom. Excellent service all round

As previous mattresses have been heavy and awkward, was pleasantly surprised at the manoeuvrability. It's light (weight), but sturdy. After a couple of weeks, the stiffness is gone. So comfortable that I don't want to leave the bed!
