Great gadget, has the safety grip to save your fingers
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it’s been a great investment in my kitchen.
It shreds veggies so easily and the finger protection works a treat. Easy to keep clean and solidly constructed, I can recommend this product.
Excellent product for the price. Would prefer it to have adjustments to the thickness of the slicing but again this is a cost issue and for the price it’s well worth it.
Did an amazing job at slicing perfectly thin and consistent potatoes for the gratin I was making. Blade sharp so be careful. Only used twice so can’t comment on longevity. Great value too.
I bought this to slice potatoes for dauphinoise and it made short work of the slicing. Very sharp but also very safe to use with the grip. Potatoes turned out loverly!!
It's simple to set up. It has a holder to grip what you want to slice. It's important to use that holder, as I can't emphasise enough how sharp the blade is. It sliced cucumber and radishes for a salad. It sliced a potato for frying to make crisps. It literally takes almost no force to do this. I've never used anything so sharp before.
