The cup size is misleading

Most 1 litre cafetieres are labelled as '12 cup' not 8. I appreciate that 'cups' are arbitrary but it's best to stick to the convention.
That said this is an excellent cafetiere. Looks nice and works perfectly.
I've only used this a few times but each time I have it's given me an awesome cup of coffee...I can get two mugs from this and it's so easy to clean afterwards. This was definitely a good buy and at an affordable price too. What's not to love.
Love the colour and design.
It delivers three cups.
I struggle to use the plunger, once pushed down, it's hard to pull back up.
Because of this reason alone I wouldn't recommend it.
