Insert the rod first
I’ll get straight to the point. Others were right. Insert the rod thing first and leave some slack in the system. Once it’s in place you can tighten it up. God Speed.

Looks great, nightmare to build
You definitely need two people and a drill to build this set. We had holes in the wrong places and it had to be pulled so tight a bolt snapped. Looks great and it's a comfy set, just needlessly difficult to put together.

Great set
Love it! It’s brought my hard to life. It was a little hard to set up the fabric as you have to stretch it along, so I would follow the advice of using 2 people to make that bit easier.

Great value and good quality
We've had these for a few weeks ago and are very happy with them. They look good and are comfortable to sit on. Easy to clean and they dry quickly too. For the money I doubt you could get better. They take a little while to assemble but are straightforward if you follow the instructions.

Great look and quality for the price
We liked our first set of this so much that we bought another! It looks good and is also really comfortable and light - super easy to move to a different position when you need more shade or whatever. No faff with getting cushions in and out. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that it does take a bit of time and effort to put together. The instructions are clear and much of it can be done by one person but we found it did need two people for some parts.

Excellent value
Such a gorgeous set and looks so much more expensive in real life. The colour is beautiful and the fabric feels nice and strong. Bit tricky to build but got the hang of it after the first chair - not as complicated as first thought or as some of the comments allude to. Looks so great in our garden - would highly recommend!

It is advised to either cover or store inside in winter months, to prolong the sets life. As with all metal items, if left in the rain without adequate protection, overtime there can be signs of rust.
