The Habitat Caliban XL Globe Glass Lamp is designed to be placed on the floor, as it is intended to cast warm ambient light from the floor. It is not designed to be mounted on walls. Therefore, it is not possible to put the lamp on a wall.

A candle bulb would most likely be fine to use in this lamp, as long as it is an SES fitting and no more than 7W.
