Not quite super-king!
This is advertised as fitting a super-king sized bed, but it only fits well widthwise. Our previous electric blanket was fitted and covered the whole mattress, whereas this one does not cover the pillow area. This means that the cable junction is right next to your head. In addition, it takes a long time to heat up even on maximum, so it is hardly worth switching on if you have forgotten to go up one hour beforehand. Once it warms up, it is ok.

A great purchase
I bought this electric blanket a couple of weeks sgo. I like the fact you can have feet or body or both warm. Heats up really quickly and you can vary the time you use it. Stays put on the mattress with the straps that go under the bed. Easy to use controls. Sleeping better to as not getting cold.

Best electric blanket
This has been a great purchase. I have cold feet and this allows me to warm just my feet if needed. On cold night I can chose to have my body warm and my feet hot. The timed auto switch off is silent and means I don’t wake up too hot to switch it off. Makes for a better sleep. I can’t fault this blanket.

Game changer!
I bought this a couple of months ago, after my daughter told me how brilliant it was. I am going through the menopause and I can never get the right level of comfortable warmth in bed. On the flipside my husband is like a furnace. This electric blanket allows me to have warm feet all night But without overheating the rest of me. My husband Nanny has it on when it’s really chilly. I love how it’s got dual controls and four comfort areas. I don’t know how I can live without it now!

We would not advise you to use a larger size blanket to your bed size. The heating elements running through the blanket will bend over and down the sides of the mattress and may damage, causing the blanket to not heat evenly.

The Slumberdown Perfeclty Warm Luxury Electric Blanket-Superking should take around 15 minutes to heat up sufficiently. It has dual detachable control, 9 heat settings for both feet and body, and a 5 minute heat-up time and suitable for all-night use.
If the blanket is still taking longer than expected to heat up, it’s possible that there is an issue with the blanket or the power source.
