Not impressed. Not a patch on my previous electric
I bought this in February and not happy with the product. It has dual controls. My husbands control is fine but my control seems faulty as on numerous occasions the blanket just didn’t come on even though it was set to 3. If you jiggle it about it comes on but I’m not convinced there isn’t a faulty wire inside. It will be going back!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Yours & Mine Electric Underblanket - Double: ''All Silentnight products are safe to use with an electric blanket however other brands would need to be checked with the manufacturer directly.
In regards to memory foam, the Silentnight is safe to use, please be aware memory foam softens with heat and allow the topper to cool down to regain shape.'

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Comfort Dual Control Electric Underblanket -King:
"Our electric blankets are safe to use with all Silentnight products. Electric blankets should be covered with a fitted sheet and then with a thick blanket or duvet. It has to be covered in order to retain the heat."
On the matter of bedding with gel infused particles in, they advise that: "If the bedding is a Silentnight product, then we can confirm it is safe to use. Other brands would need to be checked with the manufacturer directly."

The blanket will still work if one side is plugged in and on but only one side of the electric blanket. If the other side remains unplugged, that side will be off.''

This measures W150, L160cm and is suitable for king size bed. A super king-sized bed measures 180cm x 200cm. Therefore, the King size underblanket would be too small for a super king-sized bed.
