Very happy with this topper, super-comfortable and has wide elastic bands that fit even thick mattresses. I like that it's hypoallergenic and washable in the machine. I don't like memory foam as it gives me a backache, this one is great.

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Deep Sleep Ultimate 1000 Mattress Topper -Double:
"This product hasn't been tested for use in this way so we cannot recommend. It may be best to remove and store this away properly when not in use, be wary of recovery times when folded away or any other risks of damage." (So, yes you do need to keep an eye on how it's folded and for how long it's folded too so as to ensure there's no damage during storage).

Having checked I can see you are able to use an electric blanket with this. The electric blanket should be "sandwiched" between the mattress topper and the bottom sheet that you sleep on.
