Fantastic blind.
Fantastic blind. Sits lovely in my windows. Easy enough to trim down and put in window. Completely blocks out the light. The pull cord is also easy to manage. I am so impressed have bought 2 of these so far.

The blind is ok for the price. Nice colour. The mechanism is a big stiff so not easy to roll up and down. Also installing is a bit faffy and involves multiple measurements and sawing.

Excellent for the money.
Purchased this product to blackout morning light for which it works perfectly. Fitting of brackets is straightforward but it took several cuts and trimming of the blind for it to fit and run perfectly. Unfortunately each time it is worked on the blind can crease more and after 2 weeks these creases remain. They do warn of this in the instructions and advise minimum handling if possible.

The fabric roll projects 3.5cm from wall or mounting surface when fully open, as the depth of the roller blind is the diameter of the bracket.
Yes, the blind can be top mounted to the recess.
