Top frying pan. Easy clean, good heat retention. Uses little oil
I bought this several weeks back and highly impressed with the quality. This ceramic, non-stick pan is everything I had been looking for as an alternative to the toxic PFA/PTFE type pans that proliferate the budget market. It has a good heavy base that distributes heat evenly and quickly. The handle does not conduct heat so never too hot to touch. The food cooks brilliantly, retaining essential moisture and never drying out the food too quickly. Food crisps well without scorching. It is very easy to clean though when using butter, it can be a bit clingy so a little extra attention to remove It thoroughly. The price is brilliant too compared to similar 'high end' pans. The only minor downside is that the outer surface on the sides scratch a little too easily and could be more resistant though won't effect how it's used. It comes with a 10 year guarantee so overall have faith in this product.
Seems to work well after a month. Food does stick a bit after longer drying sessions but rubs off fairly easily without leaving any marks. It was relatively expensive for a frying pan but hopefully will last a good bit longer than the cheap ones we've been buying. It's quite heavy but that does mean it heats up better and more evenly on our induction hob.
This is probably the best frying pan I’ve ever owned. It’s totally PTFE free, completely non stick, easy to clean. Solid base promotes even heat distribution. I love it
My new go too frying pan. I’ve been searching high and low for a pan that doesn’t burn and stick. This is the pan! No burnt food sticking to the bottom of the pan making it easy to clean and not have to be thrown away after 1 wash! Would recommend investing your money on this!
Bought a pan a few years back. All the protective coating is coming off.
Despite it OBVIOUSLY being one of their pans, no guarantee is provided unless the receipt is present. Who keeps receipts for pans from two years ago....?
