Excellence product, very well manufactured. A bonus feature of this pan is that it does not slip while it is on the cooker. It seems to have a coating on the base which is really helpful.

Bought this as I was tired of eggs sticking to my previous ancient frying pan. I'd forgotten how easy cooking eggs could be! This pan is excellent and my over-easy eggs are now leaving the pan unscathed.

Solid construction

I have found the base to have an even heat and the pan is of a heavy construction. I have found the non stick to be very good however, since I have had it only a short time I cannot confirm the longevity of this. Had I considered it beforehand I would have chosen a metal handle so I could also use it in the oven.
