Big diffence to risotto and paella
This saute pan was bought specifically for cooking risotto and paella and has done all I expected. Meals moister and tastier and cooking time quicker. Spillage reduced by the high sides and the food cooked evenly due to the wide base. I will experiment with other recipies where a saute pan is warrented

"The pans contain our Cerastone coating which is 5x stronger than other non-stick coatings, and is PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium-free."
