I must state that this review is for my preliminary thoughts so far and does not include a review on the constructed bed frame. The ordering process was easy, I was fortunate to order when there was a 20% discount which was an added bonus. Delivery was quick and I was kept well informed by text email and phone call. The bed arrives in two quite large boxes. One weighs over 30kgs, so it could be handy to have someone to help you. I only took receipt of the bed a couple of days ago and haven’t had time to construct it. I have taken all of the main structure pieces out of the packaging to make sure they weren’t damaged. They were well packed within the boxes and as far as I can tell everything is as it should be. I will need assistance to construct the bed frame but am optimistic that it will look fab !

Bed good, but extremly disappointed with your staff saying they would honour the price advertised and would refund the difference, after e-mails and left messages to follow up they now refusing to refund what was agreed!
