Not my favorite purchase
My husband and i bought this some weeks ago in anticipation for our little one’s arrival and I was so excited to set it up and organize baby’s stuff but, the process of assembling it was a nightmare. The plywood was flimsy and it just kept falling off at the edges and this made the whole process frustrating. The wood supposed to be at the back of the wardrobe was starting to part halfway down the middle, it was so exhausting as we were looking forward to it. It got to exhausting that we didn’t even remember to take photos. Hubby and I had to return it, good thing the return and refund process was seamless.

Really poor quality! Do not recommend! The instructions were fine, but really poor quality overall - the whole thing looks wonky and doesn’t feel sturdy at all. The rest of the furniture in our nursery we bought from Ikea for a similar price, but the quality is world’s apart.

Nice short cupboard for sloping wall
Bought at the sale price. 5 cupboards used under sloping ceiling. 3 had damaged tops (although well packed) the spares service sent replacements promptly. I will invest in soft close hinges as quite noisy. We raised off ground on adjustable legs with skirting to give a built in look. Slightly annoying that the tops have a mm overhang so don't fit completely tight against each other. Simple to build. May want to fit handle as it's easy to trap little fingers.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Pod 2 Door Short Wardrobe: The foot is 20mm high so the height without the foot will be 1235mm. Leaving the feet off will not adversely affect the stability so is safe to do.

The supplier has advised the following for the Pod 2 Door Short Wardrobe - Grey:
"We cannot recommend painting our products – that said, it is possible, but you have to use the right sort of paint with the right preparation. Our surfaces have properties that resist any liquids as part of the protection of the surface so any paint will need to be able to deal with with this."

the distance from the hanging rail to the base of the wardrobe is around 1130mm.
Therefore, it could be used for certain adult clothes if this is what you wish to use it for

This wardrobe is self assembly and so you have flexibility on the positioning of the shelves - to remove them you would reverse the assembly process.
