So these are lovely, have used the smaller of the two several times now, and it’s non stick coating is amazing, leaves the oil in little globules after cooking, used once without any oil for mushrooms and again the food was cooked to perfection with no issues. Washing the pan us is also a pleasure, there is no need for abrasive cleaning sponges as a quick wipe over and a rinse is all it takes. If I need more to add to my collection I will be back.

We recommend to use plastic, silicone or wooden utensils for best long term results. Most metal utensils can be used except knives and whisks.
