The Silentnight Milan Headboard gives you a comfortable barrier between you and the wall when you're sitting up in bed reading, watching a screen, or settling down for the night. It's part of the Milan collection and works with double beds. The light grey fabric finish suits most bedroom colours and styles. The padded surface makes it more comfortable to lean back, so you're not resting against cold plasterwork or hard surfaces.
It's lightweight at eight and a half kilogrammes, so one person can handle it during setup. Minimal assembly required, just attach the brackets and mount it securely to the bed with standard fittings, which are not included. Poor quality and smelly
I bought this to match the divan base I already had. It seemed ok but when I was attaching it to the bed I put my head near it and noticed a strong smell. It was like stale cigarette smoke, musty and damp. I thought it could be from the foam but the smell got worse as the day went on. I’ve now had all of the bother of taking it back down and waiting over a week to have it collected. I’m not happy about having to keep something that smells like mould for that long. The quality was poor and the fabric was very loose because there was so little padding in it.

Looks way more expensive!
Got this for the spare room divan bed. Great colour, so simple to fit and adjustable to the height you want. Fits the room perfectly, looks more expensive than it was. Overall a fantastic purchase!

I purchased this headboard just over 3 weeks ago at the same time as the Silentnight Double 4 Drawer Divan Bed Base and they look great together. The length of the leg that fixes to the base is a bit to long. Once the bolt is in place and the bed is pushed back to the wall the bolt head hits the skirting board. If the leg was 150mm shorter it would be better.

Yes this will fit the Silentnight Double Divan Bed Base - Grey4727451, the measurements for the bed are W135 L190, H38cm. The headboard measures at W135, H57cm.

The Silentnight Milan Double Headboard struts could be removed and replaced with other ones but this could invalidate the warranty.
