A knife that can be relied upon.
I bought this for my granddaughter who ha justr purchased her first home and she admired ours this last Christmas. We have hadours a good year and it has never failed us. Does exactly what is says it will do. I wouldn't mind a similar product but on a smaller size. I was servicedby the Manager of the store who is professional and knowledgeable.

Decent knife seriously sharp at present but with an unduly angular shoulder where the blade doesn’t quite abut the handle. Great instructions for safely removing knife from its sharpening scabbard. Too soon to estimate its long term sharpness

Hi Lee, yes we can confirm that you are able to carve meat with the Tefal everysharp chef knife. We would recommend to use a meat fork to help with carving.

As stated already, the Tefal Eversharp Knife Sharpener does include a knife but it can be used to sharpen other knives as well, as long as they do not have serrated edges (bread knives). Also not suitable for sharpening scissors either.
