The leg frame which forms the plinth needs to be fixed to the cabinet to fully assemble and for stability. Part assembly only and/or the addition of alternative parts may void the warranty.

This is down to the lighting used, the "in the room" is natural light, and the others are studio lighting which is brighter and higher in Kelvin (colour temperature).
