Does the job we needed it for, we’d bought one of the over hang ones but it kept falling over so this is perfect lol and a good size, it also adjusts and covers all the 6 seater table, it’s water repellent but we bought a cover for it anyway

Thanks for your query about the 2m Water Repellent Garden Parasol - Green.
Having checked, it's not really suitable for beach use. The parasol needs some kind of stable support to remain upright, such as a weighted stand and/or a patio table (the sort with the hole in the middle for a parasol).

I can confirm this has a runner to open the parasol with a pin inserted into the hole to lock the parasol in the desired position, it does not open on a pulley system.
