The Habitat Maddox Double Metal Bed makes the most of every bit of space in spare rooms and student digs. It's a modern double bedframe that keeps things simple and maximises floor space without looking cramped. The metal frame stays lightweight but strong enough to handle daily use. A pair of optional hook-on bedside shelves clip right onto the frame, so you've got somewhere to put your phone, book or morning cuppa without needing a separate table.
The sprung slat base lets air circulate around your mattress, that helps it stay fresh and adds a bit of extra comfort when you're lying down. There's 16cm of space underneath, so you can tuck storage boxes or spare bedding out of sight. The frame holds up to 220kg, so it's built to support you properly. Just add a mattress, and you're sorted. Self-assembly takes two people and comes with clear instructions.

Very simple and straightforward to put together
I bought this bed recently and put most of it together on my own. I just needed someone to hold the corners, very briefly. The instructions were very clear. I feel the bed is substantial.

A headboard cannot be attached to this bed frame. An alternative is to fix a headboard to the wall at the head end of the bed.
