The height of the bed frame is 30cms, height with mattress will depend on the depth of your mattress. The slats where the mattress would sit is approximately 19.5cms high.

Habitat Longley Foldable Double Bed - Natural:

When assembling the Habitat Longley Foldable Double Bed, the frame arrives folded flat and opens out into a full-sized bed. You’ll then insert the centre rail and wooden slats to complete the setup. To fold it down for storage, you’ll need to remove the slats and centre rail first.
