Retro looks. Comfort where it matters. Hugh blends sculptural curves and spindle details with a cushioned back pad. This removable fabric-wrapped headboard velcros on when you want extra softness, and off when you want clean lines. Slim birchwood wings make you feel snug as a bug. Set on solid birchwood legs with a sprung slatted base for built-in bounce and proper mattress support. This double bed is designed to give sleepy heads a good night's rest.
This bed will fit a UK standard double size mattress. To keep the cushioned back pad fresh, simply remove and give it a wipe.

Great Bed
Bought as a double bed for our guest room. Bed was delivered on time and well packaged. The instructions were clear and it all fitted together well. No issues at all. Only note is there is not a lot of depth under the bed for storage.

I can advise the following for the Habitat Hugh Wooden Kingsize Bed - Light Wood:
The weight of a standard mattress is not included in the user weight. If you have an exceedingly heavy mattress then it will start to fall into the user weight. This doesn't mean that at 220.01Kgs the bed will break. It's only been tested and weighted to 110Kgs per side of the bed.
