Poorly made and no customer service
The sofa itself is sturdy and requires minimal assembly. However, that’s where the positive review ends. The table is entirely misaligned and cannot be screwed together. The cushions are meant to slip over the back supports and the fit is too tight to do this. No one from customer service will respond.

No the covers are not removable. The cushions themselves can be removed but for storage more than cleaning.
The assembly instructions confirm that they should only be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
