Cast iron pan
We bought a shallow pan and a larger pan to use on our induction hob and are very pleased with both of them. We never realised you could use cast iron on an induction hob and are glad we found out as our food is definitely better cooked in these.

Seen this type of pan/pot used so many times on Instagram, far more expensive version though, I already have the deeper sided version which perfect for stews or casseroles etc., This one is just as good for more shallow dishes, brilliant for frying off veg, I use this on the hob and barely use my oven now. It’s so easy to clean. It’s blinking heavy, but that’s not a drawback when it has so many plusses. Looks beautiful, I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.

The width measurement does include the handles as my lamb leg didnt fit in the dish. I was specifically looking for a dish with a width of 36cm! Oh well, very good quality dish but only a 30cm width
