The Thermo-Signal changes colour when the pan reaches the right cooking temperature, showing you the best moment to add your ingredients. It's made from aluminium inside and out, with a bakelite handle that's designed to stay cool while you're at the hob.
The 26cm diameter gives you enough space for family meals or batch cooking during the week, and it works on any hob you've got including electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction. It's oven safe up to 175C for finishing off dishes, and it's dishwasher safe for quick cleanup after dinner. Made with PFOA, lead and cadmium-free materials, it comes with a two-year manufacturer's guarantee for added reassurance.

Tefal Titanium Excellence 32" Non-stick frying pan
So far my new frying pan is proving to be excellent... It does take a little longer to reach the desired heat and is quite heavy... But I think that is due to the quality and I'm hoping it will be very durable as I have found most non-stick pans do not last as long as I would like before the coating starts to degrade. So far I'm very happy with my purchase of this pan!
