I can confirm that the only assembly required with this Habitat Callie Fabric Wingback Chair- Light Grey is the feet needing to be attached upon receipt.
The Habitat Callie Self Assembly Fabric Wingback Chair (catalogue number 312/315) requires the arms and the back to be attached to the seat. These just push and click into place. The feet will also need to be bolted to the seat.

Yes the cushion cover can be removed and the internal cushion removed. It seems nicely covered and not loose stuffing. The only shame is that the back of the cushion is not completely covered with the main material, so the cushion can’t be overturned for use.
