Dissappointed
Bought these because we really liked the style. Arrived on time BUT found that the box had already been opened and then resealed. One of the chairs appeared to have been assembled previously. It had scuff marks on 2 legs, the non scratch pads had been stuck on, and the whole chair, when reassembled by me was extremely wobbly. This had presumably been discovered and returned as faulty by a previous purchaser. Extremely frustrating experience trying to return the chairs as AI didn’t recognise the order number and we had to go into our local store for them to phone so that we could arrange a collection date and refund.

Excellent apart from assembly
These chairs are excellent value for money, are comfortable and look great. The only problem is it’s very easy to cross thread the bolts due to poor alignment of the nuts. I recommend you screw the bolts into the nuts without the legs and carefully straighten them by hand before trying to fit the legs. Screw all the bolts loosely through the legs by hand before tightening carefully with the Allen key.

Nice kitchen chairs

Bought a pair of these chairs. Listed as yellow but they are more of a mustard colour. The chairs are good quality plastic chair Upper with a thin cushion and the legs are made from wood. Instructions are very clear and the chair is very easily assembled. All tools and fixings are supplied. The chairs are nice and sturdy and comfortable. All in all very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend these as very good value for money. Different colours to choose from also which is great.
