This is the best jug. It holds liquids unlike any other and allows you to see what the contents are at all times.

The second of these jugs which broke (shattered) after a slight knock that wouldn't cause any damage to most glasses.

A water jug that does not pour very well
When pouring water it dribbles everywhere. Pour design, returned straight away.

Poor quality
I bought this jug and on advice on the box washed it before use with hot water from the tap. It started cracking from the inside whilst I was holding it in my hand. It was unusable. When I tried to return it the manager told me it was accidental damage and refused to refund the jug as we had not bought accidental damage cover

Poor quality
Poor quality product have to return it started to crack at the handle and it has now spread through out jug , maybe a one off but not good enough my kids bought it for their mother at Xmas ,don't have a receipt hope the store will take it back
