Bit disappointed by extra heat and noise
A little bit disappointed by this mattress protector. Being a waterproof design, it has less breathability, so it gets a bit more warm. Also, it makes a little bit of a noise as you shuffle around on the bed from the kind of plastic underneath. Otherwise, it fits great and looks great.

Great fit
Very much an upgrade to our previous cover which let spilt drink go straight through. This cover gives complete protection and is comfortable. Also cover the sides, so no ridiculous corner straps to fiddle with.

I am delighted with this mattress cover( king size) and it was a good price for such a well made item It fits very well due to the deep sides of the elasticated edges, and has not slipped. Bought during the hottest week of July I am pleased to say we have not felt uncomfortable/ too warm due to the impermeable backing- this was a potential concern. Nor have we noticed any noise which was another worry. overall very happy so far! Its not been washed yet, so fingers crossed

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Waterproof Mattress Protector - King Product: We don’t recommend using an waterproof protector with an electric blanket as the direct heat may damage the PU lamination make the waterproof protector nonfunctional.

It is not thick quilting its just a comfort layer.
