The Habitat Marston Sideboard sorts your storage and keeps your space tidy, whether board games, dinnerware or drinks. Its two-door design with a sleek handle-free finish gives traditional furniture a modern feel. Two spacious cupboards provide plenty of room for everyday items you want tucked away but easy to reach. An adjustable internal shelf fits taller or shorter items where you need them. The fixed outer shelf is ideal for displaying plants, photos or decorative pieces. Made from oak veneer, it has natural wood character with a finish that's easy to wipe clean.
The smooth push-to-open doors mean there are no handles to snag on or interrupt the clean lines. Two fixed shelves keep things organised inside, while the adjustable one moves to suit what you're storing. It's over 60cm tall, so you'll need to secure it to the wall to prevent tipping, that's really important for stability. Self-assembly required, and it's a two-person job to make things easier. Comes with a one-year guarantee for peace of mind.

Not known , never taken out of box
I purchased this item online and it was perfect size and look to replace the work unit we had. We emptied the old unit in readiness, and when it was delivered I took out the he instructions for assembly. We could have ( with time ) put it together except the instructions on the last page that required it to be attached to the wall. Our situation does not allow this as it would have been place in front of a radiator. Unfortunately , I have had to request to return this item.I did enquire if there was anything else that would be freestanding , and I was told , no- , so I have now had to start looking in other places for one and in the meantime all contents of the unit are sitting on the floor, very unfortunate!!

Handsome cupboard
Love it! Great design for a good price. The instructions were easy enough to follow although I still haven’t gotten the doors quite right and the picture of the hinge / instructions didn’t match the actual hinge. It isn’t huge and doesn’t offer a lot of storage but enough for what I wanted.

Lovely quality, easy to assemble
Quality unit, Easy to assemble. Love the colour of the walnut, wish there was a larger range, especially a dresser. I also bought the larger version, they look great together.

Really happy with this
Bought this to fit in an alcove and it works beautifully. It's very sturdy once put together and looks really good quality as you would expect from a brand like Habitat. Simple, mid century design and plenty of storage inside. I can't comment on how easy it is to put together as my husband did it but it was quick, there was no swearing and he was happy at the end so I take that as a win.
