Rocket Fuel Cocktail

Celebrate World Gin Day with this delicious gin-based cocktail from supper club duo Jackson & Levine.


  • 1 part gin
  • 1 part elderflower cordial
  • 2 parts Prosecco

To serve

  • Ice
  • Mint
  • Cucumber


For both this and the grapefruit and amaro tonic (below), make up the cocktail in a jug so that it’s easy to serve out to large numbers and so that people can refill their glasses when they’re ready. Fill each jug to about three quarters full with as many ratios of the main cocktail ingredients as will fit. When you’re ready to serve, top the jugs up with ice and add the garnish. Get pouring promptly so that the ice doesn’t melt and dilute the drinks.

Grapefruit & amaro tonic


  • 2 parts pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 part vodka
  • 1 part Stellacello or campari
  • 1 part tonic water

To serve:

  • Ice
  • A slice of grapefruit
