Habitat was proud to support the BA (Hons) Graphic Design Communication exhibition at Chelsea College of Arts, which took place in June. Showcasing the work of the impending graduates, their degree show, entitled ‘Playground’, is the culmination of 3 years’ work.
Geoff Thomas-Shaw, Design Progamme Leader, encourages play to allow students to test and explore methods and relationships without the limitations so often imposed in the ‘real world’. This, in turn, results in socially adept and flexible designers ready with imaginative minds and original ideas; a method that clearly works as previous alumni have gone on to work for companies including BBC Publishing, Channel 4, Elle magazine, Fitch & Co, Ministry of Sound, MTV, Penguin Publishing, Six Creative and Wonderland magazine.
Congratulations to all the graduates, we wish you the best of luck for your future careers.
