Our comfort promise
At Habitat, we want you to rest easy... and choosing a new mattress definitely shouldn't keep you up all night. Luckily, our comfort promise lets you exchange your mattress within the first 100 days if you're not sleeping comfortably.
When you get your mattress
- Stick with it for 4-6 weeks. It can take some time to get used to.
- Grab a mattress protector to keep it in good shape. If your mattress gets dirty or damaged, we can't exchange it.
- Ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind? No problem. You can still use our standard 30 day returns guarantee. The mattress will need to be unused and in its original packaging.

Terms and conditions
- We can only offer an exchange. We can't offer a refund.
- If you exchange with a mattress that's a different price, we'll refund the difference if it's cheaper, or ask you to pay the difference if it costs more.
- This promise only applies if the mattress is used in a domestic, non-commercial environment.
- Only one mattress can be exchanged per purchase.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
