Why am I getting delivery updates from Argos?

Habitat and Argos are working together, and so all Habitat deliveries are now fulfilled by Argos.

Where is my delivery?

If you've ordered and paid online, first go to 'account' on Argos.co.uk, then go to 'recent orders' for updates on your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact our customer services team on 0345 640 2020. If your order has left our warehouse, we won’t be able to amend the address.

How does Fast Track home delivery work?

You can now get super speedy same day delivery with selected Habitat items, fulfilled by Argos. Subject to availability, you can order online and get same day delivery from £7.95. Other delivery slots are available from £3.95. Once you’ve added your item(s) to your bag, you’ll be able to choose home delivery. How does Free Delivery work?

Planning your home makeover? We’ll make it easier with our free delivery option, fulfilled by Argos. Choose any delivery date from the day after tomorrow, when you spend £100 on small items (home accessories, home fragrance, lighting, cooking & dining, etc.). What if I order both large and small items?

The quickest way to get large items (like furniture) and small items (like home accessories) is with separate deliveries. Don’t worry – you only have to pay the one delivery charge. Just check your order confirmation email from Argos for more info.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For smaller items, we can also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. Where goods are delivered directly by our suppliers we don't always have access to current stock levels, and delivery restrictions may apply to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Do you use 2 people for the delivery for large items?

Yes, we do. For bigger items (things like sofas, for example) our Argos delivery drivers will contact you on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery slot, and they’ll safely take your order to your room of choice. Please note, delivery prices may change but you’ll be able to see any delivery charges before you pay at the checkout.

What if I'm not in?

Small items will be left in a safe and secure location, or with a neighbour where you have requested us to do so. Larger and higher priced items will need a photograph or signature and can’t be left unattended, so someone will need to be at home to accept delivery. If you can’t be there, please call our customer services team on 0345 640 2020 to rearrange your delivery.

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

In most circumstances, yes. Simply call our customer services team on 0345 640 2020.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If you notice as soon as it arrives, please inform our Argos delivery drivers. If you spot it after they've left, contact our customer services team on 0345 640 2020 within 14 days of receipt of your order.

What if I receive an incorrect item?

If you didn’t notice before the Argos delivery drivers left your property, you should contact our customer services team on 0345 640 2020.

Why has my Habitat product come in a HOME box?

We're excited to be welcoming some of our favourite HOME products into the Habitat range. Your product may arrive in Habitat or HOME packaging.

What is Argos Plus?

Argos Plus is a delivery service available for eligible transactions made online at Habitat.co.uk. For £40, Argos Plus gives you access to same day, next day and standard delivery services at no additional cost for 12 months, as long as your items are eligible for Argos Plus and each order totals £20 or more. 
You'll need an Argos.co.uk account to join and orders must be placed online. Argos Plus cannot be used for instore orders. 
Tip: Make sure you're logged in whenever you shop so you can see which items qualify and how close you are to the £20 minimum spend threshold. 

How do I use Argos Plus?

a. Shop for eligible products online (note that these may be badged with the "Argos Plus" logo). 
b. Add eligible products to your trolley. 
c. Make sure your order value is £20 or more to use your Argos Plus. 
d. At checkout, choose any available delivery slot from morning to evening at no additional cost.

How much does Argos Plus cost?

You'll pay £40 which covers your delivery costs on all eligible orders for 12 months. The pass will not automatically renew. If you want to continue enjoying the benefits of Argos Plus after a year, you'll need to buy a new one.

How long does Argos Plus last?

Argos Plus lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase of the pass.

What types of delivery are included with Argos Plus?

Argos Plus eligible items will be highlighted with the Argos Plus badge. You'll need to be logged in to your Argos account to see the Argos Plus badge. Argos Plus covers: Same-day, next-day and standard delivery charges for Eligible large items (e.g. washing machines, sofas) Eligible small items (e.g. kettles, games and toys) Note that there are a few postcodes that are excluded from Argos Plus, and also where we cannot offer same day delivery services. **See here. 

What is excluded from Argos Plus?

You cannot use Argos Plus for the delivery of: Items delivered by one of our suppliers Argos Plus is also not relevant for any other service provided by Habitat, e.g. 
collections of returned items, installation or recycling services or Click Collect services.

Does Argos Plus include Click Collect?

No. Argos Plus is only relevant for delivery services. Click Collect stays exactly the same – so you can still choose to order items and collect them from a designated collection point of your choice.

Is there a minimum spend to use Argos Plus?

Yes. You need to spend a minimum of £20 (after any discounts or e-vouchers have been deducted) per transaction to use your Argos Plus. Only the cost of eligible items counts towards the minimum spend threshold. For example, the following costs do not count towards the minimum spend threshold: Items that are delivered by one of our suppliers Items of clothing Warranties Installation or recycling costs.

Can I still use Click Collect as an Argos Plus customer?

Yes. You can still order using Click Collect. Argos Plus is only relevant for delivery services of eligible items and doesn't impact Click Collect in any way.

Can I use Argos Plus when paying for items in store?

No. Argos Plus is only available for eligible transactions made online. It cannot be used for in-store purchases.

How do I cancel Argos Plus?

You can choose to cancel Argos Plus within 14 days of your purchase of the pass. You need to call us to cancel. This cannot be done online. If you haven't used Argos Plus and less than 14 days have passed, we'll issue you a full refund. If you have used Argos Plus, we will issue you a partial refund being the Argos Plus fee you paid, less the cost of any deliveries you requested during the first 14 days. To cancel your Argos Plus, call us on 0345 640 2020.

What happens if I bought Argos Plus by mistake?

If you haven't used Argos Plus, you can call us to cancel within 14 days of your purchase of Argos Plus and we'll issue you a full refund. After we process the cancellation, refunds normally take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Does cancelling Argos Plus affect my existing purchase orders?

No. Any orders you've already placed for products will still be delivered as planned, even after you cancel your Argos Plus. However, we reserve the right to charge you the normal delivery fees that would have applied to your order, as advertised on our online booking page.

How long does a refund for Argos Plus take to process?

After we process the cancellation, refunds normally take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

What payment methods can I use to buy Argos Plus?

You can pay for Argos Plus using any of the payment methods found on the Habitat or Argos websites.

Will you send me an Argos Plus pass in the post?

No. Argos Plus is linked to your Argos account and is a digital-only product. You just need to log in and we will recognise if you're an Argos Plus customer.

What happens if I forget to log in and buy item(s) without Argos Plus?

Please ensure you log in to your account to enable you to use your Argos Plus. If you have any issues with this, you can call us on 0345 640 2020.

Can I share my Argos Plus with someone else?

No. Argos Plus is linked to your Argos account and can't be shared with other people.

Where can I find my Argos Plus order number? 

After purchasing Argos Plus, you will receive a welcome email with some info on your Argos Plus and how to use it. Your Argos Plus order number will be included in that email. You can also find your order number by logging into your online Argos account and visiting the Argos Plus section. 

Does Argos Plus cover international delivery?

No. Argos Plus only applies to deliveries of eligible items purchased online or via the Argos App, to recognized postcodes within the UK. 

Will Argos Plus give me special treatment during particularly busy times?

No. Argos Plus does not give you preferential access to products; nor to particular delivery slots or delivery options. You can only choose from those products and delivery options that are shown as available at the time of your purchase.
