Why am I getting delivery updates from Argos?

Habitat and Argos are working together, and so all Habitat deliveries are now fulfilled by Argos.

Where is my delivery?

If you've ordered and paid online, first go to 'account' on, then go to 'recent orders' for updates on your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact our customer services team on 0345 640 2020. If your order has left our warehouse, we won’t be able to amend the address.

How does Fast Track home delivery work?

You can now get super speedy same day delivery with selected Habitat items, fulfilled by Argos. Subject to availability, you can order online before 5pm and get same day delivery for £5.95. Other delivery slots are available from £3.95. Once you’ve added your item(s) to your bag, you’ll be able to choose home delivery. Select your preferred date and time slot and wait for us to deliver to you. For more information, see our Delivery and Collection guide.

What if I order both large and small items?

The quickest way to get large items (like furniture) and small items (like home accessories) is with separate deliveries. Don’t worry – you only have to pay the one delivery charge. Just check your order confirmation email from Argos for more info.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For smaller items, we can also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. Where goods are delivered directly by our suppliers we don't always have access to current stock levels, and delivery restrictions may apply to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Do you use 2 people for the delivery for large items?

Yes, we do. For bigger items (things like sofas, for example) our Argos delivery drivers will contact you on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery slot, and they’ll safely take your order to your room of choice. Please note, delivery prices may change but you’ll be able to see any delivery charges before you pay at the checkout.

What if I'm not in?

Small items will be left in a safe and secure location, or with a neighbour where you have requested us to do so. Larger and higher priced items will need a photograph or signature and can’t be left unattended, so someone will need to be at home to accept delivery. If you can’t be there, please call our customer services team on 0345 640 2020 to rearrange your delivery.

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

In most circumstances, yes. Simply call our customer services team on 0345 640 2020.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If you notice as soon as it arrives, please inform our Argos delivery drivers. If you spot it after they've left, contact our customer services team on 0345 640 2020 within 14 days of receipt of your order.

What if I receive an incorrect item?

If you didn’t notice before the Argos delivery drivers left your property, you should contact our customer services team on 0345 640 2020.

Why has my Habitat product come in a HOME box?

We're excited to be welcoming some of our favourite HOME products into the Habitat range. Your product may arrive in Habitat or HOME packaging.
